My Take on the Book 
I am always looking for great tasting health meals for my family and this book is jam packed with them! What I loved most about the book was the way in which it was set up. Set up in weeks, you have direct control of the diet of your family and you know what each piece of the meal contributes toward in regards to their nutrition. Filled with tons of pictures, you are given a intimate look into every part of the meal with complete nutritional breakdown. Also, the meals are not so complex that only a chef could use it, instead it is written for the everyday person. You will be amazed at the amount of great tasting, easy to make meals that are in this book. You also will be amazed at the other small treasures that are shared within this book as well! A Great book for any family!
